Travelling to and from airports can be a complex and stressful thing. When you book your airport transfers with Cars on Demand we will do every thing we can to ensure that your ground transport is as seamless as possible. We have adopted a simple approach to provide airport transfers all across Australia. Our pickup points are listed for all major airports including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Adelaide or Perth.
When your VIP lands, they can proceed to these points which are on their limo booking confirmation as a link to our website.
They will also receive a text from the driver, and if for any reason they can’t find their driver then they can call out limo customer service hotline which is managed 24/7 and the customer service operator can connect them with their limo driver.
On landing at your destination airport, please switch on your phone and check for a text message (sms) from your driver. There are special courtesy waiting periods at both domestic (30min) and international (60min) terminals. The courtesy waiting time commences once your aircraft lands. COD drivers monitor all arrival flights. Please remember, it is imperative that in the event you cannot locate your driver, you do not leave the airport without contacting Cars on Demand (see above Important Reminder notes).

At Cars on Demand we monitor all airport transfers and flights. You don’t need to advise us if your flight is delayed. But, if your flight is cancelled it is very important that you let us know your new flight details so we can monitor that flight for you and avoid a no show fee.
When booking an airport transfer please put down the actual flight arrival time of the aircraft, as we allow one hour courtesy free waiting time for international transfers and 30 minutes for domestic airport transfers.
We would much rather wait for you rather than the other way around.
When booking your airport transfer, you also have the option to ask for a people mover if you have a lot of luggage.
All our cars and people movers can accommodate a child seat which is essential if you have young children travelling with you. Make sure you request the child seat from the drop down menu when booking your airport transfer.
