These are some of the tasks that the customer support officers can do:

  • Take a booking over the phone ( please note a 3$ admin fee applies for all phone bookings)
  • Edit a booking
  • Cancel a booking
  • Connect you with your driver if you can’t locate him or her at the airport

Also, keep in mind we normally allocate jobs the day prior so don’t be alarmed if your booking remains “Awaiting Allocation” until the day before it is due.
