Our aim is to provide corporate customers with enhanced descriptive data on all airport and Limousine expenses via your existing expense management providers (your chosen credit card and EPA providers), enabling you to easily integrate enhanced data within your established systems and processes. This will further streamline your expense reconciliation process by minimising the non-value added manual data entry usually associated with ground transport expenses and achieve significant savings on the administrative costs usually associated with this Travel & Entertainment expense item.

As a Cars on Demand customer, every element of data that is entered into our web-based system is stored in a state-of-the-art database and can be made available to you in a series of Management Information Reports. Our management information reporting will help you close the information gap and gain complete visibility across more Travel & Entertainment expense categories.
We are currently working with our technical development specialists to build a state-of the art reporting system that will deliver the information you need at the time you need it most. The new reporting system will be available Q1 2015.
