You will receive additional courtesies such as tracking of flight arrival times with generous complimentary waiting times for all of your airport transfers– which commence as flight touch down at airports (see Terms & Conditions for full details). Other benefits include luggage transfer, late night secure transport, urgent document delivery and lost items delivery (local & interstate).

HELP DESK

For queries related to using the website or making a booking you can call us directly during office hours (Australia EDT). Outside that time and for any non-urgent support requirements you can email your query/request to admin@carsondemand.com.au and you will receive a response the next working day.

EVENT TRANSPORT COORDINATION

Cars on Demand cater for special corporate events and coordinate the secure and elegant transport of your colleagues and/or guests from your function back to their chosen destinations. This service is very popular around the November and December busy festive season, especially for functions in remote locations. This service is also highly regarded for conferences and high profile events. For large or VIP events, a Cars on Demand coordinator will be physically present at your event location directing ground transport as required.

INSTANT ON-LINE LIMO BOOKING

The Cars on Demand website has been built using state of art technology that allows you super-fast, real-time access to make limo bookings from anywhere in the world. You can make a new booking within seconds by taking advantage of user friendly functions like pre-population of the member details, auto-fill addresses powered by Google maps, return trip and replicate trip options, and location favourites. You can review your booking history at any time to check on planned trips, edit or cancel a trip.

GENEROUS CANCELLATION TIME FRAMES

Cars on Demand has very generous cancellation policies which allow you more flexibility than is generally expected in the hire car industry.

For your understanding, the cancellation policy purely exists to protect the interests of our drivers who make a living one job at a time. Unlike the taxi industry, our drivers cannot easily secure a replacement booking when a customer cancels at the last minute. Last minute cancellations result in drivers losing the ability to earn an income to support their families for that period of time. We are able to attract the best drivers who commit to your booking sometimes weeks in advance because of this cancellation courtesy we provide them. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full cancellation policy details.

SINGLE SIGN-IN ACCESS FOR EXECUTIVE ASSISTANTS

The new Cars on Demand website will allow you to sign-in to your own account and from there manage all your executive travelers accounts. The executive traveler grants you access by entering your email details in the User Management tab of their account profile. You receive an email and simply click on the link to accept. If you are setting up the executive traveler’s account then you can nominate access to yourself. That way you are not having to log in to the executive traveler’s account but can access it directly from your own. This is especially useful if you manage several executive travelers.

EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS

If you need to advise someone else of your travels you can nominate a second (optional) email address to receive a copy of all your travel notifications.

SPEEDY CONFIRMATION

All on-line limo bookings for standard vehicles will be confirmed within 2 hours during office hours (Australia EDT). Currently the average confirmation rate is within 15 min.

E-INVOICES FOR EACH LIMO TRANSFER

Once a trip is taken, an invoice will be automatically emailed to you. You can also access a copy of that invoice at any time from your Booking History page. This means you will never have a missing invoice for any Cars on Demand limousine booking.

CORPORATE TRANSPARENCY & GOVERNANCE

BILLABLE EXPENSE CAPTURE

If you are a professional services organisation, we can assist you capture client project reference details, such as project numbers, matter numbers, and client numbers. Cars on Demand can work with you to specify the exact text instruction you wish to appear below one of the Reference Fields in the Booking Form in order to instruct your employees on the specific information you want them to capture in that field.

For example, the text could read: “All XYZ Law Firm employees please enter your matter number in this field. If this expense is not related to a client project, leave blank.”

Cars on Demand can then provide detailed and timely reporting which will allow you to efficiently and accurately on-bill the appropriate expenses to your customers. This will significantly reduce any lost opportunity costs associated with ground transport expenses being submitted after a project is closed.

Also, from your client’s perspective you can isolate origin/destination information in the reporting to support your billable expense submission. This type of independent, third party information has proven to greatly reduce client disputes/queries, which have historically been high in relation to billable ground transport expenses.

CONSOLIDATED INVOICES

Frequent travelers can quickly accumulate a large number of ground transport related invoices in any given month. When you travel with Cars on Demand, you can print an ATO approved consolidated invoice showing all your booking details for any period you specify. This can be done quickly and easily from your Booking History page with the click of a few buttons and you can attach it to your expense claim to save time and paper costs associated with printing individual invoices.

REPORTING & ANALYTICS

If you manage your company’s travel program or assist a senior executive who does so we can provide you with detailed visibility over your ground transport spend. We capture comprehensive data and can provide it back to your organisation via data feeds and management reports. The data is rich and can be sorted and studied to review and analyse ground transport activities and spend by traveller, department or location. This level of data will give you complete visibility and control over your ground transport spend.

Pricing & Security

TRANSPARENT & AFFORDABLE PRICING

Cars on Demand offer completely transparent and affordable limousine pricing. Each booking request you make will instantly show the base cost plus any additional costs for extras you have chosen. SECURE VIRTUAL PAYMENTS

Cars on Demand has partnered with EWAY in order to provide secure virtual payments. EWAY is a multi-award winning and secure payments provider. You will register your credit card directly and securely with EWAY. No one at Cars on Demand will ever see those details. They are registered directly and securely with EWAY and all payments are facilitated automatically via their payment gateway. This means that you will never need to produce your credit cards for payment at the end of a transfer. You just get in and out of our cars without wasting a minute. This will also completely eliminate fraud and errors historically associated with the ground transport expenses category. This means you will spend LESS time each month reconciling taxi & hire car charges.

FLEXIBLE PAYMENT OPTIONS

Cars on Demand allows you to register a secondary personal card against your account. When you are booking personal travel you can simply switch the payment method to the personal card. This allows you to efficiently manage all booking from one account with full visibility on all planned travel. Please note, we ONLY collect data for bookings charged to a registered corporate or company card. We do not collect data for personal travel charged to personal cards.

REAL TIME CHARGES

One of the key benefits of virtual payments, in addition to security, is the timeliness of ground transport charges. Charges will appear on your credit card on the same day that the trip is taken. This allows you to accurately locate and reconcile all ground transport and eliminates charges appearing on your card weeks or months later, which currently occurs frequently in the transport industry.
