Cars on Demand has been moving Australia's business leaders since 1990. Our Sydney clients include ASX-listed companies, global firms, visiting talent and the executive assistants who book for them. Most of the work is airport transfers to and from Sydney Airport, plus point-to-point corporate travel across the city.
You'll be the face of the company on every job. That means being on time, immaculately presented, discreet with what you see and hear, and calm when a flight lands early or a plan changes at the last minute. Our dispatch platform tracks every flight and every booking, so you always know where you need to be.
If you've driven corporate or VIP clients before and you're tired of rideshare fares and surge chasing, this is a step up.

You keep the car
The vehicle goes home with you. No depot pick-ups, no shared cars, no handover at the end of a shift.
Do your own work too
Already have private clients? You're welcome to use the car for your own work outside our bookings.
Negotiable rent
Vehicle rent is negotiated with you directly, based on the car and the amount of work you take on.
High-calibre clients
CEOs, board members, celebrities and visiting dignitaries. Steady corporate work, not app-based fares.
Who we're looking for
What you'll need to apply
Please only apply if you meet every requirement on this list. We check licence history and references for every applicant.
- 01Proven chauffeur experience. Experience driving corporate or VIP clients is a must.
- 02A good driving record. You must not have lost your licence at any time in the last 3 years.
- 03T extension on your licence. Current and valid at the time you apply.
- 04Well presented, with your own suit. Our clients notice the details, and so do we.
- 05Live within 25 km of Sydney Airport or the CBD. Early starts and late arrivals need a short commute.
- 06Flexible and available 6 days a week. Flights don't keep office hours, so neither can we.
This is corporate chauffeuring. It is not rideshare.
No random fares, no ratings roulette, no surge chasing. You'll work pre-booked jobs for corporate accounts, with flight tracking, meet and greet at the terminal and a support team behind you 24/7. Cars on Demand has operated since 1990 and runs to a 99.99% on-time record.

Frequently asked questions
Is this a rideshare job?
No. All work is pre-booked corporate and VIP chauffeur work through Cars on Demand. You won't be taking rideshare fares on our behalf.
Do I take the car home?
Yes. You keep the car, and you can use it for your own private work outside our bookings.
How much is the vehicle rent?
Rent is negotiable and agreed with you directly. We'll talk it through at the interview.
Can I apply if I lost my licence 4 years ago?
Yes, provided you haven't lost your licence in the last 3 years and your record is otherwise good.
I live more than 25 km away. Can I still apply?
Not for this role. Living within 25 km of Sydney Airport or the CBD is essential for early and late jobs.
